Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care College, in collaboration with University of Hertfordshire, is now offering the BSc. (Hons) Contemporary Nursing 2+0 programme. The programme is a post-registration nursing degree for practicing registered nurses who have successfully completed a Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) approved Diploma in Nursing.
Our BSc. (Hons) Contemporary Nursing 2+0 programme is structured to help students achieve their maximum potential. In each semester, students will attend an approximately three (3) week study course at the College, where they will be taught theories relevant to nursing practices by University of Hertfordshire lecturers. Upon completion of the study course, students will return to clinical practice for the remainder of the semester.
The students will have the chance to apply the theories learnt to clinical decision making and critical thinking in their course of work. They will be supported by a Critical Friend in the clinical practice area and monitored by the Programme Coordinator.
